About me

I'm a serial yo-yo dieter, with the incompatible passions of food and fashion and I no longer have the confidence to wear the clothes that I would love to. I love socialising which means lots of dinner parties and eating out and this has a big part to play in my flabulosity. I am also lucky enough to have a gorgeous husband who's an amazing cook - it's very hard to resist his culinary delights.

I want to lose weight improve my health and fitness, to regain self-confidence and to rock a bodycon dress with the best of them.

Join me on journey to lose the weight and keep it off!

  3. Hi,

My name is Dana and I'm a journalist for FIRST for Women magazine and am currently working on a story about the Dukan Diet.

We're looking for success stories to feature and I came across yours in my search and was curious to know if you'd be interested in sharing your story with us? If you could email me and let me know, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks and I look forward to hearing back from you.

    Best,

    Dana

  5. I completely agree with Rideena's comments above -- your blog is really great. I was wondering if you had any thoughts/recommendations about doing a 5/5 vs 2/2 vs 1/1 PP/PV combo (given your prior experience)? I'm still in the Attack phase, but will start the Cruise phase pretty soon...

  6. Thanks for stopping by Vicki! Personally I prefer 5/5 because I find that the weight comes off quicker and it's easier for food shopping/ using up left overs. Some people would find it too tough going without veggies for that long though. I would try a couple of weeks each way and see what suits you best. Good luck : )

  7. Hi Carrie,

Thanks so much for the advice! I'm a little nervous about doing 5/5 (seems so hard), but I think I'd like to try it... :)
